For optimal selection and service, we recommend placing your charcuterie catering order at least 48-72 hours before your event. For weekend events, booking by Wednesday ensures availability. Large events (50+ guests) benefit from 7-14 days' notice, allowing our team to source the finest specialty ingredients for your custom grazing tables. Last-minute requests can often be accommodated for standard boards, subject to availability and delivery zone.
