Do your products contain nuts/gluten?

Our products have the possibility of containing nuts and gluten or being prepared in an environment that handles nuts and gluten. While we make every effort to accommodate all dietary restrictions, we cannot assure a completely allergen-free environment.

Yes, all of the products (meats, cheeses, sweets) that we use are halal.

We have a no-return policy but may issue refunds for unusual circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. In case of any damages or incorrect items, contact us right away. Refund Requests must be filed within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement/refund/credit for future order. Please email photos of the damage or issue to sales@blissitesnynj.com with your order number so we can assess the situation and address it promptly.

For grazing tables, catered events, or large orders we require a minimum of 14 days notice for cancellation in order to qualify for a 30% refund. For catered events, bookings made less than 14 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.

For charcuterie boards, boxes, and sandwich platters, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours but at least 24 hours before delivery will receive a full credit applicable toward a future order. Cancellations for charcuterie boards, boxes, and sandwich platters made less than 24 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund.
