Refund and Returns Policy

1. General

At Bliss Bites, we are committed to offering our customers the finest charcuterie products and experiences. We recognize that plans can change, and cancellations might be necessary. Our refund and cancellation policy is crafted to be equitable to our cherished customers while ensuring that we can manage our operational expenses.

2. Refund Policy for Boards

Customers wishing to cancel their board orders must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery or a pick-up time.

If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time will not qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Policy for Graze and Workshop Events

For cancellations pertaining to our Graze events, customers are required to provide a minimum of 1 week (7 days) notice before the scheduled event date.

If the cancellation is made within this 1-week period, a 60% refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellations made less than 1 week before the scheduled event date will not qualify for a refund. Tickets for Workshop events are non refundable. If the cancellation for a Workshop event is made 72 hrs prior to the event, a credit in the amouth of ticket price will be issued, and which can be used towards other Bliss Bites products/services.

4. Exceptions

Refunds outside the stipulated windows will be evaluated on an individual basis and are subject to the discretion of Bliss Bites.

5. How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, please reach out to our customer service team through our website: Ensure you provide your order number, purchase date, and the reason for cancellation.

6. Processing Refunds

Upon receiving and reviewing your cancellation request, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
