1. General
We have a no-return policy but may issue refunds for unusual circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. In case of any damages or incorrect items, contact us right away. Refund Requests must be filed within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement/refund/credit for future order. Please email photos of the damage or issue to sales@blissitesnynj.com with your order number so we can assess the situation and address it promptly.
2. Refund Policy for Boards
For charcuterie boards, boxes, and sandwich platters, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours but at least 24 hours before delivery will receive a full credit applicable toward a future order. Cancellations for charcuterie boards, boxes, and sandwich platters made less than 24 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Policy for Graze and Workshop Events
For grazing tables, catered events, or large orders we require a minimum of 14 days notice for cancellation in order to qualify for a 30% refund. For catered events, bookings made less than 14 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Exceptions
Refunds outside the stipulated windows will be evaluated on an individual basis and are subject to the discretion of Bliss Bites NYNJ.
5. How to Cancel
To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, please reach out to our customer service team through our website https://www.blissbitesnynj.com/contact-us/ or send us an email to sales@blissitesnynj.com. Ensure you provide your order number, purchase date, and the reason for cancellation.
6. Processing Refunds
Upon receiving and reviewing your cancellation request, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
